L’albero secondario con danni all’ingranaggio della Iª; il resto è in buono stato. Non l’ho sostituito perchè questo pezzo (molto costoso) dopo poco tempo fa inevitabilmente questa fine a causa dell’assenza della sincronizzazione. Comunque la rumorosità in prima e retromarcia non è dovuta a ciò, ma alla geometria dei denti che non hanno andamento elicoidale, quindi la rumorosità in Iª e retromarcia è tipica di questo cambio. Questa cosa mi era stata anticipata nel forum del RITS da Maurispit. I cambi delle serie successive sono stati sincronizzati anche in Iª e, soprattutto, sono state adottate geometrie elicoidali che hanno eliminato il rumore.

La prima foto mostra il posizionamento della rondella bronzata anteriore dell’albero sec. La terza foto mostra alcune macchie metalliche sulla superficie bronzata; sono pezzettini di ingranaggio (sicuramente la Iª) che vanno a posizionarsi in quel punto e successivamente vengono levigati dalla testa dell’albero secondario. Ovviamente questo pezzo và necessariamente sostituito.

Queste foto mostrano la rondella bronzata posteriore. A parte qualche solco (in fondo aiutano la lubrificazione) non mostra depositi di limatura o segni importanti di usura, infatti il franco del riporto in bronzo è ancora buono. L’ho sostituita, sbagliando …….. (ve ne parlo più avanti).
